4. Bookings When booking online via our WhatsApp booking assistant, your name, phone number, and email address are processed for appointment management purposes. The following data processors are used for this purpose:

Meta Platforms / WhatsApp LLC (USA) – Sending and receiving booking messages via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Notion Labs, Inc. (USA) – Storing customer data and appointments. Anthropic, PBC (USA) – AI-powered processing of the conversation for automated appointment scheduling.

Data transfers to the USA for Meta and Notion are based on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, which is recognized by Switzerland as a country with an adequate level of data protection. For Anthropic, they are based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 17 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Health-related information (e.g., allergies, medical conditions) is collected exclusively in person on-site and is not stored or processed via the online booking process.
