Avoid eating a heavy meal shortly beforehand and wear comfortable clothing.

Welcome to Naens Massage.
I am Saengduen Seeharit – traditional Thai massage in Zurich is my passion, and has been for many years, with all my heart. In my practice on Badenerstrasse in Zurich-Altstetten, I create a tranquil retreat where you can leave everyday life behind and reconnect with yourself.
Whether after a long workday, for tension or simply to recharge: I look forward to getting to know you and giving you a break that will do you good.
My professional background – trained Thai massage therapist
I completed my training and certification as a Thai massage therapist in Thailand at the Thai Traditional Medicine Association of Thailand – one of the most renowned institutions for traditional Thai medicine. Since then, I have gained over nine years of experience in various massage techniques.
For billing through supplementary insurance I offer two recognised treatments: Therapeutic Classical Massage (EMR method 102, plus ASCA) and Traditional Thai Massage – EMR recognised (EMR method 186). ZSR number B724765 – quality you can rely on.
Whether traditional Thai massage, aromatherapy massage or a targeted neck and shoulder massage in Zurich: I will accompany you individually, attentively and with all my heart on the path to greater well-being.
